𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘆 🏁

It was an exciting Kids Night for DTR at Millbridge Speedway as three of our young drivers took to the track and made us proud!

🥈 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙝 ( #51 – Beginner Box Stock)
Arie came to race! After qualifying 5th, he ran a smooth and smart heat race to finish 3rd and transfer straight into the A-Main. He didn’t stop there—Arie charged forward and crossed the line 2nd in the feature, his best finish yet! Huge accomplishment for this rising star 💫

🟢 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙢 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙩 ( #8 – Beginner Box Stock)
Tatum qualified 4th and had to fight his way through the night. After a tough heat race, he bounced back to win B-Main 2 and earned his spot in the A-Main, where he finished 10th. Solid night of growth and grit for Tatum!

🟢 𝙅𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙚 ( – Box Stock)
Jace made the long trip down from Maine to take on a highly competitive field in the Box Stock class. He qualified 31st, finished 9th in his heat, and then 9th in the B-Main. While he didn’t transfer to the A, it was a strong showing with plenty of takeaways and experience gained.

We’re proud of all three drivers for their effort, sportsmanship, and commitment to learning every time they hit the track 🏁

𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 🏁 | 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘆 | 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬 & 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

What a week for 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙝 in the #51 kart at Millbridge Speedway’s two-day event!
This was only Arie’s 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, and he showed out!

🟢 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 - 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲
🔹 Qualified 7th
🔹 Started 2nd in the heat, led most of the race, and finished 3rd

🏁 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 - 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲
🔹 Started 8th
🔹 Charged up to finish 4th!

We are beyond proud of Arie’s progress. For those who don’t know, Arie started out renting karts from us with 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. After just two races, he was all in—got his own kart, and now he’s our final house driver. The future is bright for this kid!

This was also a special event for us—𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 proudly sponsored the Beginner Box Stock class for the first time! Millbridge did a phenomenal job spotlighting sponsors, and we’re already looking forward to sponsoring again.

Sitting on go for the 2-day Outlaw Race at Millbridge! 💪🏽

We have Arie Wimbish running the #51 kart in beginner box stock!

We will see y’all Tuesday May 13th!

Due to over night storms and more still to come we have made the tough decision to cancel today’s event.

Our first scheduled rain makeup date is May 17. We will make this event up at that time.

Double T Racing showed out in the Beginner Box Stock division at Millbridge Speedway with two strong performances from our young drivers!

🏁 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙢 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙩 – #8
• Qualified P1 out of 26 karts!
• Finished 5th in the Heat after some contact, landing just one spot shy of the transfer.
• Started 1st in the B-Main and held on to win it, earning a spot in the A-Main.
• Battled from 13th to finish 7th in the A-Main!

🏁 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙝 – #51
• Qualified 17th out of 26.
• Gained spots in the heat, finishing 3rd and securing a direct transfer.
• Rolled off 8th in the A-Main and held steady for a solid P8 finish.

It was a hard-fought night at the track, and these two proved they’re ready to battle every lap. 💪

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲.

On April 6th, Brittany’s grandmother passed away. She was the heart of our family—always cheering us on, always full of love, and always 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴. Losing her has been incredibly tough.

But through the heartbreak, one thing has stood out—𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙪𝙥 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨. From kind messages, to offers of help, to simply giving us grace when we’ve been slow to respond or behind on getting things done... we’re truly grateful. This community is something special, and we felt that more than ever these last two weeks.

In the midst of it all, our team has kept showing up—and we’ve had some incredible runs to celebrate. Every lap we’ve turned, we’ve done it with Grandma in our hearts. 💜

Here’s your Double T Racing recap from the last 2 weeks at Millbridge:
🗓 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟴
• 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘵 ( #8 Beginner Box): Qualified 1st out of 26, won his heat, and finished 2nd in the A-Main.
• 𝘑𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘦 ( #51 Box Stock): Qualified 9th out of 30, won his heat, started 1st in the A-Main but got caught up in a big wreck. Tough luck, but he showed speed!
• 𝘙𝘦𝘹 𝘙𝘦𝘺𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘴 ( #32 Box Stock, first race at Millbridge): Qualified 29th/30, fought hard through the heats and B-Main, just missed the transfer. Proud of him for jumping into the mix!

🗓 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟐
• 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘵( #8, Beginner Box): Qualified 6th/23, won his heat, started 3rd and DROVE IT TO VICTORY in the A-Main! 🏁
• 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵 𝘔𝘰𝘩𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘥 ( #32 Beginner Box): Qualified 7th/23, battled through the B-Main with a win and finished 11th in the A-Main after starting 14th.

🗓 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟓
• 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘵( #8, Beginner Box): Qualified 2nd/25, won his heat, and finished 3rd in the A-Main.
• 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘦 𝘞𝘪𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘩 (9W, Beginner Box): Qualified 6th/25, finished 3rd in the heat, and came home 9th in the A-Main.

🗓 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟗
• 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘵 ( #8, Beginner Box): Qualified 2nd/25, 2nd in his heat, and 4th in the A-Main.
• 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘦 𝘞𝘪𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘩 ( #51, Beginner Box): Qualified 8th/25, finished 4th in the heat, and 11th in the A-Main.

🏁 Double T Racing Race Recap – March 25th at Millbridge 🏁

Another exciting night at Millbridge Speedway for our Double T Racing crew. Our young racers gave it everything they had on the track. Let’s break it down:

🔹𝗧𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁 – #8 (Beginner Class)
- Qualified 8th out of 21
- Finished 1st in Heat Race (started 2nd)
- Finished 4th in A Main (despite some in race damage, Tatum fought hard to recover a solid points day)

🔹 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 – #51 (Box Stock) - first race on the new Mini Outlaw 2.0
- Qualified 19th out of 36
- 5th in Heat Race
- Started 4th in the B Main. Battled hard for 2nd place to transfer to the A Main
- Finished 13th in A Main (started 15th)

These young racers are putting in the work, and it’s showing on the track. The season is just getting started — can’t wait to see what’s next! 💪🔥
