Chillicothe Tropics Baseball Club take Game 1 over the Southern Ohio Swamp Cats in nine innings, 10 - 6 to take a 1 - 0 series lead. Game 2 is tomorrow at 3:00 PM with Game 3 (if necessary) following at 6:00 PM. Good luck to both teams!

We are ready for some Championship ball against the Southern Ohio Swamp Cats, always a great game when we play them. Been a long hard fought season but it all comes to an end this weekend, come watch some great baseball Saturday and Sunday.!

The Cats aren’t done yet!!!

The Swamp Cats sent the Rangers packing in the second round as our guys head to the chip!!!

Trent Wade with an immaculate outing with 4 IP followed by Marlon’s great hold at 3 IP. Great day for all of our guys at the plate with a stunning 19 hits! Special day for Marcus Jackson going 4 for 5 followed by Matt Tackett and Lane Adams going 3 for 4!

We encourage you all to come see this special group of guys as we head back to Ross County Park on Saturday (3pm) and The VA stadium on Sunday (3pm) to face the Chillicothe Tropics Baseball Club in a 3 game series for the championship. Go Cats!

Congratulations to the Chillicothe Tropics Baseball Club on their bid to the SOABL Championship Series! They will play the winner of the Ross County Rangers vs. Southern Ohio Swamp Cats (08/28; 6:00 PM) for the 2026 SOABL Championship.

Trops onto the chip, sent the swans south early this year with a dub 12-4.. after being knocked out first round 2 years in a row by the swans we finally got our revenge and ended their season and move onto the Championship against either The SwampCats or the Rangers next Saturday and Sunday.

First game will be Saturday at Egypt pike, second and third game if need be will be at the Paints stadium on Sunday.!

Great day for some baseball as we got our groove back beating the SwampCats 5-0 in an all around great game for both teams. And we had OG back with us on the field shoutout Paul old man still got it🤘

We will be back in action on August 2nd against the Flamingos.!

‼️DOWN GOES FRAIZER‼️

Beautiful day of baseball as the Trops lose 20-0 to the swans in 3 innings.

We had a great pitching outage from one of our star pitchers Jay Rod as he gave up 10 runs in the 1st inning, and collectively as a team we had 0 hits.

We will be back in action tomorrow at 6pm against the creatures as we try to figure out how to get back on track.

Another great day for baseball as we faced our toughest challenge so far this season beating the SwampCats 12-5 to move onto 4-0 on the season.

We will be back in action next weekend against the Swans.
