I started May off with an 8 mile run. This is my first run longer than 6.25 miles (10k) in over a year.

It’s was a pretty great run. 8’29” per mile pace. All negative splits, even though some were close. Unfortunately, I did hit zone 5 for here and there during the run, and ended up being in zone 5 for 7:xx mins of the hour and 8 minute run.

I’m back to being focused. We’ll see what this year brings me fitness wise.

So my best stage at the Escape From Alcatraz match was the fixed time one. You had 9 second (8.7+timer beep) to get as many points as possible.

I do wish I would have hit the activator coming into the position on the right. Always stuff to work on and get better at in this sport. ***k47
