We've hosted tens of thousands of students of all levels (beginners always welcome!) since opening in 2001. If you like traditional hot yoga, try our Smart 60 or Original 90 classes. If you wish for some long, slow holds that will sink into your deeper connective tissues, take Yin. And if you desire a heart thumping, blood pumping high intensity interval training class, you must give Inferno Hot Pilates a go!

The biggest, most heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for Margarita's Hot Pilates with a Purpose donation class yesterday at our Lincoln Park studio.

Together, we raised over $1,800 for the Chicago Women's Health Center, helping more women, trans people, and young people around Chicago access affordable and comprehensive healthcare and health education -- and pushed Margarita over her Chicago Marathon fundraising goal! 🎉🏃‍♀️

Calling all future hot yoga teachers! Join Gianna Cécile Allegro Purcell Erin Frank Kiley Enmark kdyogagirl for our Original Hot Yoga Association approved 2027 26+2 Hot Yoga Teacher Training from July 17-August 14 at dreamy D'Alijo Retreat Center in Northern Portugal. 🙏❤️🇵🇹

Over the course of your 4-week immersion, you will build the foundation to teach the 26+2, explore breathing and meditation techniques, dive into layers of anatomy and physiology, and be guided through detailed discussions on teaching methodology and alignment. You’ll also deepen your understanding of yoga history and philosophy while studying Ayurveda and ancient Vedic knowledge. And, of course, you’ll practice (twice daily!) the series that has helped to heal your body and calm your mind. This training is built on love, encouragement, and support!

Our 105Farewell class was pure magic! ✨

Yesterday we gathered at our Wicker Park studio to celebrate 25 years of community, connection, friendship, memories, love & gratitude before moving across the street to our new Wicker Park home.

John, Mike & Maura led us through our practice, sharing stories along the way, surrounded by students and teachers who’ve been a part of the 105Family from those very first studio days in 2001 through today. After class, Diana toasted to the exciting new chapter ahead for 105F. 🥂

Dear 105Family,

The time is here! 🔥 We are so excited to share that our brand-new 105F Wicker Park studio at 1281 North Milwaukee Avenue, just across the street from our current location, is officially opening its doors on Saturday, September 12!

We are so grateful for 25 incredible years at 1344 North Milwaukee Avenue and are beyond excited for this next chapter! Same neighborhood. Same amazing classes. Same incredible teachers. Same radiant community. Just a stunning new space built for you to look, live, and feel your best. ❤️

Our final class at our current Wicker Park studio will be an Original Hot Yoga 90 with Jon Sulik on Wednesday, September 9 at 9:30am. Please pre-register to secure your spot! (All regulary scheduled classes will take place at 1344 North Milwaukee Avenue from now until the morning of September 9.)

Our Wicker Park studio will be closed on Thursday, September 10 and Friday, September 11 while we pack and unpack, get everything in place, and test the heat so it’s just right for you when we open two days later. Our Lincoln Park, South Loop, and Andersonville studios will be fully open and operational during this time -- the perfect opportunity to practice at one of our other 105F locations while we make the move.

That's not all! On Sunday, September 13 from 5pm-6:30pm we’ll host our very first special event in our special new space: Nervous System Reset — A Breathwork Journey led by special guest facilitator Chrissy Schmidt of Kaivalya. Over the next few weeks, you may notice some of our teachers testing out a new Original Hot Yoga 60 format in their classes. We’re excited to try something new and, most importantly, hear what you think!

Our Original Hot Yoga 90 class is the foundation of the practice. With two sets of each posture, the 90-minute class allows yogis to experience the full depth, alignment, and healing benefits of the 26+2 series. When we created the 60-minute format over ten years ago, it was originally designed as a more advanced option for students also practicing the OHY90. We know that many of you now practice the OHY60 exclusively, so we wanted to rethink the format with that in mind.

The new 60-minute format has been re-designed to help practitioners experience as many of the benefits of the 90-minute practice as possible, in a shorter amount of time. Get ready for two sets of Standing Head-To-Knee, Standing Bow Pulling, Triangle, Camel, and more! ✨Exciting news!✨ Gianna Cécile Allegro Purcell returns to 105F from from February 10th-14th to guide you through five days of dedicated study and practice of the Classical Advanced 84 Asana Series. Whether you’re brand new to the advanced series or have practiced the 84 asanas for years, this intensive is designed to help you build confidence, refine your technique, and explore the purpose behind each posture in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Each day begins with a posture breakdown and preparation workshop (8:30am-10am), where we’ll focus on alignment, drills, mobility, strength, and the foundational actions needed to approach the postures safely and intelligently. We’ll explore the major posture groupings, discuss common challenges, and learn practical ways to prepare the body for more advanced movements. Each morning workshop will be followed by a full Classical 84 Asana practice (10:30am-12:30pm), giving you the opportunity to immediately apply what you’ve learned.

Throughout the week, we’ll dive into the nuances of the series, revisit the intention behind each posture, and cultivate patience, curiosity, and a sense of humor as we work together. The goal isn’t to “master” every pose -- it’s to develop a deeper understanding of the practice and create a sustainable path for continued growth.
