Restart.

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here. Not because I wanted to disappear, but because life got heavy.

I created FEAR. | Hybrid Performance — Face Everything And Rise — for people fighting silent battles: self-doubt, loss, anxiety, depression, pain… the things most of us carry but rarely speak about. Through fitness, I wanted to help people find strength again — not just in their bodies, but in their hearts.

But lately, I’ve been that person — the one struggling to get out of bed, to find purpose, to feel like myself. I’ve lost confidence, motivation, and energy. I’ve been sad, anxious, and at times completely lost. I haven’t been living into the mission I created. Not because I don’t believe in it — but because sometimes life just breaks you down.

I’m not afraid to admit that I’ve been fighting my own darkness for years. Some days, even the smallest tasks feel impossible. And yet… somehow, I keep going. Somehow, I keep showing up. Somehow, that voice inside me still whispers — don’t quit.

That’s what FEAR is about. It’s not about pretending to be fearless. It’s about facing what’s real, what hurts, what’s hard — and rising anyway.

If you’re reading this and feel alone, you’re not. If you’re tired, I see you. If you’re struggling, I’m with you.

This is my restart.
FEAR isn’t just a brand — it’s a fight to keep rising.

Let’s rise together.

Why You NEED 3+ Days in Nature (Backed by Science)
Feeling stressed? Unmotivated? Run-down?
Spending 72+ hours in nature isn’t just refreshing—it reprograms your mind and body.
Here’s what 3+ days outdoors does to your system👇

🧬Your Brain Heals
Studies show that 3+ days in natural environments:
• Reduces cortisol (stress hormone) significantly (Bratman et al., 2015)
• Increases prefrontal cortex activity, improving focus and creative thinking
• Boosts mood-regulating neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin
Nature literally rewires your brain to feel and perform better.

💪Your Body Resets
After 3 days in nature, your body:
• Improves heart rate variability (HRV) → better recovery & nervous system balance
• Strengthens immune markers like natural killer (NK) cell activity (Li et al., 2008)
• Enhances sleep quality, reduces inflammation, and supports metabolic health
Think of it like a biological “factory reset” for your system.

🧘‍♂️Why 3+ Days Works Best
Research shows the positive effects peak after 72 hours.
It takes that long to:
• Detach from tech & stress
• Normalize brainwave patterns
• Fully enter a parasympathetic (rest/digest) state
Short hikes are good. Multi-day immersion is transformative.

Take the trip. Your future self will thank you.

Training isn’t just a hobby or routine; it’s a way of life. A conscious choice to live with purpose and intention. The idea is to embrace hardship, seek discomfort, and push yourself in pursuit of greater purpose. In understanding this philosophy, training becomes a journey of self discovery, and within it lies the path towards true fulfilment.
