The mission of Fly Girl Dance & Fitness is to bring Chicago our love of dance to all ages by sharing its beauty, power and vision in fresh and unique ways. Take a dance style you haven’t tried before, find a new fun way to get fit, make new friends that share your love of dance and improve your skills in all disciplines. And we do birthday parties too! Whether you want to dance for fun and fitness

or are committed to taking your skills and passion to the highest levels possible, we can help you reach your goals. With a full schedule covering a broad spectrum of styles…including Zumba, Yoga, B***y Bootcamp, Cardio Dance, CIZE, Turbo Kick, Pilates, Fit Squad, Strength Training, and Dance Conditioning…we are sure to offer what you love! Our instructors are all seasoned professionals and performers with a commitment to make each dancer the best they can be. These are the women who showed up on Labor Day—not because they had to, but because they genuinely love what they do and the women they do it for—to lead our PACKED 90-minute holiday mashup!

Kymberlee doesn’t often get the opportunity to step back and experience the other instructors’ classes. Today, she was able to really watch them lead—and WOW.

The talent. The confidence. The creativity. The way each woman knows her craft. The diversity of formats they brought together for one incredible workout. Each instructor offers something completely different, yet together, it was seamless.

Watching these women command the room, inspire our members and freely give their time on a holiday was something special.

Fly Girl has never been one person. It is women choosing to show up for one another—and this team is KICK ASS. 🔥

Our 2026 Labor Day Mashup brought the dance, circuits, strength, cardio, laughter and a whole lot of LOVE. Look at this crew! Strong women showing up for themselves—and always cheering one another on.

Twelve years later, I still look at moments like this and think…HOW LUCKY ARE WE?! 🥹

Once the music came on, there was no keeping our instructors off the dance floor. A few of them jumped in and taught a song or two—and just like that, the backyard became our studio!

Twelve years later, we still know how to come together, let loose, laugh and DANCE. Turn up the volume and enjoy the videos—this is what happens when Fly Girls hang out! 🔥🎶

💕 TWELVE YEARS OF FLY GIRL. TWELVE YEARS OF LOYALTY, LOVE & SHOWING UP. 💕

Days like today remind us that Fly Girl has never been just a fitness studio. It’s a community built by women who keep choosing one another—year after year.

Some have been here since the beginning. Some joined along the way. Some moved away but still come back. And somehow, whenever we’re together, it feels like no time has passed at all.

For 12 years, these women have celebrated together, supported one another, laughed until it hurt and shown up through every season of life.

People simply come together here—and that is something we will never take for granted.

We are so incredibly blessed. This is loyalty. This is friendship. This is family. This is Fly Girl. 💗🪰

Beautiful weather, poolside laughs, great food and the absolute best ladies—what more could we ask for?

It was so much fun spending time together outside the studio, and having a few of our Chicago Fly Girls make the trip up made it even more special!

A huge thank-you to Alanna and Nate for opening their home and hosting such an amazing day. Our Fly Girl hearts are very full! 💗

The workouts may bring us together, but days like this are what make us family. 🪰💕

🔥 TODAY’S STEP CLASS BROUGHT THE ENERGY! 🔥

We’ve got the routine video from today’s class, and we have to say—this was one pretty cool routine! These ladies followed along beautifully, stayed on beat, and absolutely crushed it. 👏💪

Step, by step, they showed their focus, coordination, and determination. We’re so proud of this crew and love watching them challenge themselves while having fun together!

While the rest of the world was hitting snooze, these women SHOWED UP for Alanna, for themselves, and for one another.

Honestly, we’re mesmerized by this crew. This is what happens when fitness becomes more than a workout—it becomes a community you cannot wait to show up for.
