Fly Girl Dance & Fitness The mission of Fly Girl Dance & Fitness is to bring Chicago our love of dance to all ages by sharing its beauty, power and vision in fresh and unique ways.

We invite you to share our vision with us. Take a dance style you haven’t tried before, find a new fun way to get fit, make new friends that share your love of dance and improve your skills in all disciplines. We offer classes for everyone! And we do birthday parties too! Whether you want to dance for fun and fitness or are committed to taking your skills and passion to the highest levels possible, we can help you reach your goals. With a full schedule covering a broad spectrum of styles…including Zumba, Yoga, B***y Bootcamp, Cardio Dance, CIZE, Turbo Kick, Pilates, Fit Squad, Strength Training, and Dance Conditioning…we are sure to offer what you love! Our instructors are all seasoned professionals and performers with a commitment to make each dancer the best they can be. 🎃💪 Fit Camp is DONE, and we’re officially ONE WEEK away from Halloween!

We got our sweat on this morning, and now we’re ready for a week full of costumes, tricks, treats, and a little fitness BOO-tiful madness! 👻🧙‍♀️

These Fly Ghouls had a scary good time in Zumba this morning! 👻 Join us next Sunday FUNday at 8am for our Zumba Zombie Halloween Bash (part 1 😉)! Costumes are encouraged as we bookend the week with Halloween-themed Zumba classes!

Then, in Roll + Flow, we hit the energy dimmer switch and felt those cozy, relaxy vibes. 😌 Next chance to Roll + Flow is Thursday evening at 6:15. See you there!
