Kettlebells aren’t listed online because they’re stored at the back of my unit, and I can't get to them. Text me at 773-505-2405 with your desired day and time to come by and pick thru them for what you want.

Pricing For Kettlebells:
5 lbs – $5 each
10-12 lbs – $10 each
15-20 lbs – $15 each
25+ lbs – $18 each
Payment via CashApp or Zelle upon pick-up.

Pick-Up Schedule:

Sunday, Aug 31: 4 PM – 7 PM
Monday, Sept 1: 12 PM – 2 PM
Wednesday, Sept 3: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Friday, Sept 5: 4 PM – 6 PM
Saturday, Sept 6: 12 PM – 2 PM

Reminder: Our Baddest Body Ever Next Level 12-Week Transformation Challenge (we call it BBE) is launching on Monday 3/25/24, ladies. This is BBE N9NE and it is the last one we are running. I have been in my lab creating a new EHC Signature Program that will launch in August, so BBE will be retired.

As you can imagine, since this is the last run, the response has been bananas and a little overwhelming, in a good way. I think many women are just in a fitness funk and are looking to lose weight, feel better, and join a supportive community where they can be held accountable in a compassionate way and share the same beliefs and goals. And that is EXACTLY what BBE is all about.

Thoughts become things if you believe they can. Belief is the starting point, but putting in the work makes the "thing" come alive.

My Baddest Body Ever Competition was a thought. I turned it into a thing that gives joy and accomplishment to many women. They are proud of themselves, and in these post low fitness motivation streets, that is HUGE! I'm so happy I followed through and did the work to make it a "thing".

In order to make a difference in this world, you must CREATE your contribution. You can't allow fear to stop your vision. Fear is the best trick the devil uses against us so we do not realize our full potential. Never let him win.

God gives us our visions to help others, so work on your fear fighting muscle and just GO!!

The world needs you.
