In the past 30 days I’ve been being more aware of portion control and sticking loosely to a macro based eating plan. I haven’t worked out besides some pushups and some presses while at my desk. A few walks outside (which I need to do more of).
In 30 days I have dropped approx 10 pounds. Still have a ways to go but on the right track. If I have a craving, I don’t deny myself but am not feeding those cravings on every occurrence.
Small steps forward and staying focused.
Ortho office called today and will be scheduling hip replacement surgery in the next few weeks. Looking forward to getting on the .
