Could there be a better 5k for me?!?

Stans donut 5k ✔️

Spent the morning walking few miles along the Chicago waterfront with family, and snagged all the mini donuts along the way!
I can’t wait to hang this little medal up in the garage!

This is your reminder not to take anything for granted!!

Not the things you have
Not what you can do
and definitely not the people around you!!

I don’t think I realized just how much I love movement and exercise until I couldn’t do it! I’m lucky enough (*knocks on every piece of wood around me*) to only have had super minor injuries over the years but every time I’m forced to rest I remember just how grateful I am to be able to move!!

Every bit of your daily routine is something to be grateful for! man am I glad to be back on the go!!

There's 1 quote I have loved since elementary school. In fact, if you've ever taken my yoga class, you've 100% heard me quote it!

"Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it"

Life has gone from 0 to 100 real (like REAL) fast over the past few weeks between getting engaged, starting the house hunt, travel and welcoming a whole bunch of members into my program!!

I'm doing everything I can to enjoy the little decisions and challenges through of all of this so I don't miss it!!

and, of course LOVE having my fiancé (which I've shortened to yoncé in our house) keeping me smiling through every step!!

P.S. bonus points if you know where that quote is from?!?
