I have been working out since I was sixteen.I have a true love for fitness.So last
year I decieded to do p90x.I really liked it and had great success.But there were alot of questions I had which I couldn't find answers for.So a couple of months a go I find out about being a coach for beachbody and my goals were to help people
get through p90x and answer all question that may occur.

I ADDED SOME NEW SNACKS SNACKS TO MY LIST:

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt topped with 1 Tbsp. flax seeds

Whole wheat sesame flat bread topped with 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter

½ cup red and yellow pepper strips dipped into 4 tbsp. hummus

1 brown rice cake topped with 1/2 tbsp. of almond butter

1/2 cup of whole grain cereal topped with low fat-yogurt and chopped almonds

If you have a sweet tooth put 10 grapes in the freezer and then eat them. I have to say it got rid of my sweet tooth.

How bad is junk food? I am not just talking about how fat it can make you but how it affects your insides. From things like affecting organ function, disrupting your hormonal balance, stores fat to promoting cancers.

You can workout out like crazy. If you have bad eating habits you will never get your body the way you want it.
