Okay…story time!

Imagine… you are walking through the woods…

Draped in a cloak…

Holding a candle lantern to guide your way...

The wind whips around you and you can see the full moon peaking at you through the trees...

There is a distant sound of faint howling in the distance...

A rush of wildness courses through your veins...

Finally, the woods open up and in front of you is a dazzling bonfire will all you sisters gathered around it...

They beckon you into the circle...

One turns to you as ask... what do you want to SING into your life?

You put a hand on your heart... look up and moon... asking her to pour through your voice...

Take a breath... close your eyes... and let her come through!

Awhoooo!

Well, we may not have an actual bonfire on our call Sun-day night...

But we will surly be conjuring up the magic!

Sun-day at 6:00 pm PST we will be gathering in our sacred sisterhood to activate our voices together.

We will be harnessing the power of the Flower Full Moon, we’re still in her energy!

Using our voices to water and harvest the exact flower that is blooming in your life right now.

Every day you don’t SING…your VOICE get’s a little SMALLER, a little less motivated, less inspired, and frustrated you’re not using her!

She want’s to get OUT!

But if she's kept on lockdown, she get’s sad and starts dragging you down.

It’s not your fault though, babe.�

We live in a society that has placed a glass ceiling over women’s voices. �

Why hasn’t the U.S. had a women president in this day and age?
Why are women STILL getting paid less? (literally TRILLIONS of dollars less according to stats)
Why are women still the vast minority in leadership + law positions even in the Western world?

The answer goes far beyond policies, laws and campaigns…..

The subtle structures of the patriarchy have permeated our society so deep that we are walking around with programming that is keeping us cut off from our full power…

And we don’t even KNOW it!�

Women have been taught that to access full power of our voices + have the impact we must do certain things…

Be louder
Be more aggressive
Spend more money
Get in “power” mindsets
Please MORE people
And always always ALWAYS think about other before ourselves

The problem is… these are structures that serve the masculine… not the feminine.

I believe that MOST women are walking around with access to about HALF the potential + power of their voices.

This is because we are living in old structures and trying to FORCE out the power of our voices by being more masculine.

This will get us a certain degree of success.

It will bring us right up to the glass ceiling, but it won’t push us over it.

Because the power in the feminine voice does not come from the head…

It comes from the HEART.�

We need to FEEL the fire, joy, love, inspiration.

Not just think it.

And this comes from activating your “soul frequency voice” or your song voice.

By activating your song voice in a very INTENTIONAL way, you now drop into the seat of your power again.

You activate the inner queen.

You have access to all that FIRE in your voice and it can truly go out and make the impact you are so desiring to make.

But it is an inside job, love.

By continuing to focus on the external or more masculine structures, it will keep bumping us up against that glass ceiling.

I believe that the more women that can root down and find this power in their voices by feeling their unique soul frequency first…

The more we will be able to bust through that glass ceiling and SHATTER these old structure and paradigms.
�
You have a unique soul frequency that needs to be felt by YOU first, but then by the world.

Your ideas are kinda useless if no one can actually hear them...

Now this may seem harsh…but if you are a powerful woman trying to get your voice HEARD...stop scrolling for one lil second! 💖

When I say hear…

I don’t just mean hear in the sense of literally hearing the noise your voice is making.

(Pretty much anyone can make noise and be heard in some way.)

What I mean by hear is this…..

That people can understand, be captivated, connect and take action on what you are saying.

The problem is, most women are going crazy trying to get their voices and ideas heard by doing all the wrong things.

Society may tell you…
you have to be louder
more aggressive
more confident
more present
more passionate
more supportive of everyone else around you
post more and more and more on social media
or take on those extra 50 responsibilities at work just to get anyone to notice or listen!

We’re running ourselves in circles. 🤪

And when this happens the inner spark and inspiration starts to fade….

That sinking feeling can set it… why the hell is no one listening or taking me seriously?!

We lose motivation, inspiration and all of sudden those amazing ideas + gifts + messages inside of you start to feel impossible to actually GET OUT.

Well let me tell you love….

There is no amount of
confidence meditations
affirmations
extra work presentations
or social media posting that will truly get those big ideas and authentic voice of yours out into the world….

Until you learn to harness the power of your song voice.

Your song voice is the voice of your soul.

I like to call it your “soul frequency voice.”

Just like we need exercise to have healthy bodies…we need to SING to have healthy, vibrant voices.

When you are fully connected to your “soul frequency voice,” you are connected to your spark, your inner FIRE.

In other words…your inspiration, creativity, passion, + true power of expression.

This is because, singing is a natural healer and throat chakra opener.

When used with INTENTION + DIRECTION in the modality I work with (the 4 Pillar Soul Voice Method...)

It guides you to how your soul truly desires to express herself in this world + the confidence to do it!

I just had a profound interview with one of my 3 month wild voice coaching clients this year where she talks about the deep transformation she harnessed in the power of her song voice to feel power in her TRUE voice again.

She learned that being connected to her soul voice… meant being truly connected to HERSELF.

If we’re disconnected from this deep part of our soul’s expression… no wonder we are having a hard time actually using or finding the power in our voice that we KNOW is possible

The voice is the vehicle to form, create, strengthen or weaken ANY relationship of any kind.

Our communication is like the water that makes the garden of relationships of lives grow. 🌻🌸

When you are connected to the soul frequency voice or your “song” voice…

You are connected to…

What you want + desire from your relationships 💕💕💕

AND your ability to set BOUNDARIES 💃🏻

When we are able to sing freely… that tunes us into if we truly desire to say YES or NO.

When you’re disconnected from your soul frequency…

Relationships (of ANY kind) can tend to feel “off,” stagnant, aggravated, or boring.

Here’s an example of this…

Maybe your partner wanted to go out on a long hike.

But you just really wanted to drink your cacao and watch Love is Blind (huge fan over here…. no shame!)

But it wasn’t clear what you wanted in the moment…

So you end of up going on the hike and are super annoyed the whole time because you wish you were at home snuggled on the couch.

Then that leads to
resentment…
frustration on both ends…
miscommunication… then yea…
things feel OFF.

BUT when we reconnect to our soul frequency voice, (our singing voice)

BAM!

We immediately connect our intuition to our throat chakra and we KNOW and can EXPRESS what is is we desire + our boundaries.

This leads us to more love
intimacy
connection
opening
communication
understanding in ALL our relationships.

I found myself on my knees crying in the mud this week.
