For the past 6 years, our players have these pillars ingrained within their overall understanding of the game. Our goal is to develop players IQ to the highest level. Above these pillars there’s layers of details playing principles and a clear methodology. The style of play is for the players to execute.
Our style of play is built around these five pillars, but they’re only one part of the process. Every session is designed with clear objectives, and every objective is connected to a set of principles that challenge our players to think, solve problems, communicate, compete, and be creative.
We want players to be brave enough to express themselves, calm enough to make good decisions under pressure, and relentless enough to hunt the ball back together. We believe football is one of the greatest teachers of character, and the habits built on the field often carry into everyday life.
This is how we create our environment. This is the standard we challenge ourselves to live every day.
