THE GAMESHAPE WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE THE PLAYER STRONGER, MORE EXPLOSIVE, AND BETTER COORDINATED.
WE'LL USE A COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING TOOLS AND PROGRESSIVE TRAINING ROUTINES TO PUT THE PLAYER IN THE BEST POSITION TO SUCCEED EARLY AND OFTEN IN THE SPRING.
