These protein bagels are light, fluffy, and come together in minutes using Greek yogurt—making them one of my favorite easy wins in the kitchen.

Perfect for busy mornings, quick lunches, or something you can feel good about grabbing on the go.

Air Fryer Recipe 👇

• 1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup pastry flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch salt)

Here are 5 ways I keep it simple, consistent, and effective:

• Walk daily (but make it count)
I add light resistance with W8fit so even a quick walk becomes strength work. It’s one of the easiest ways to build bone density and stay strong without extra time.

Strength training is non-negotiable. It’s the foundation for metabolism, posture, and longevity.
