I had been thinking about how I must have been an artist in a some earlier life since I just love art museums. It’s strange but I always feel so calm and happy there.

Chatting with a woman next to me about de Kooning’s style in this drawing and she said: “You look like this woman.”

The museum guard agreed and took some pictures for us. This drawing is of Elaine de Kooning, the artist’s wife. She was a painter and a voice in Abstract Expression.

Life is such a curious thing, right? Stay open to the mysteries of life. Happy Tuesday. 🩶

Riding into the city on Saturday, got a nudge: “Dove, see me!” So I looked up and snapped this. It was a tiny moment of flow. I couldn’t replicate the shot for $1,000,000. Mindfulness is magic. Happy Labor Day.
