Standing beneath glowing red lanterns on the Magnificent Mile tonight, I felt a quiet spark awaken. Fire horse energy rising from within.

In the Chinese zodiac, the Fire Horse is bold spirit, radiant passion, and fearless trust in one’s inner knowing. It runs toward what lights the soul on fire.

And that’s the energy I’m choosing in this season:

A steady presence as you begin to voice the dreams you’ve been carrying quietly inside.

To me, coaching is partnership. Slowing down together, getting honest, and exploring what your dreams really mean, along with tangible steps that can bring them to life.

What could be more powerful, more beautiful, than speaking your own dreams into existence? Being your witness is my honor.

Of all the ways to use my very last PTO day of this holiday break… this felt like the right one. 💜

Today, Bubba and I spent the day giving back at Feed My Starving Children — packing meals so children around the world can go to sleep with full bellies, knowing they are worthy, and knowing they are loved.

Together, we packed enough meals to feed 141 children for an entire year.
Let that sink in.

It was humbling.
It was hopeful.
And it reminded us that while this work matters deeply, our work is not done.

Grateful for the privilege to give, and committed to continuing to show up. May we always turn the lights on✨

What excites me most about my clients?
They’re women in transition — rediscovering who they are, reinventing what’s next, and shedding old stories about how they’re supposed to show up.

They’re brave enough to say there’s more for me and curious enough to find out what that looks like.

Every time I witness their light turn back on, I’m reminded to keep becoming a better version of myself too. ✨💜

Smiling big, lights twinkling behind me, heart wide open. I felt like a kid in a candy store—just like Lukey with his giant lollipop 🍭.

This is what happens when you’re living on purpose. When you get to use your God-given gifts. When joy takes the lead.
