Made my way down to SD this weekend for rotational movement training at and left with a whole new bank of knowledge.

Grateful for the hospitality, the education led by , and the environment that made it easy to absorb everything.⁣

I’m a curious mover & coach by nature. I love digging into concepts, breaking them down, and figuring out how to apply them - first to myself, then to the people I work with. This was exactly that kind of experience.⁣

Applying the principles to as many tools as I can. Programming is about to get interesting 🔥. Can’t wait to share what this looks like in practice. 🙏🏾⁣

Keep It Zen exists to help people embrace duality through movement.⁣

Strength and mobility. ⁣
Power and flow. ⁣
Structure and freedom.⁣

Like the yin and yang, health isn’t about choosing one side , it’s about understanding the relationship between both.⁣

Dark and light. ⁣
Effort and recovery. ⁣
Tension and ease.⁣

My goal is to help people build the archetype of the balanced individual . Someone who knows when to draw the sword and when to put it away. ⁣

Real health comes from building strong pillars in the body:⁣

Mobility ⁣
Coordination ⁣
Resilience⁣

When the body receives the right inputs, something deeper happens.⁣
