A worthy share!

One of my biggest triumphs in my journey was acknowledging how I could see myself being the common denominator in some situations.

No matter how dope I realized I truly was under all the unhappiness and insecurity, I also realized that I wasn’t exempt from human error, that I am to blame sometimes too.

Once I stopped victimizing myself all of the time, I was able to own my s**t and simply do better.

Have you ever wanted to get lost (not literally) in nature away from everything and everyone?

You may enjoy the yurt life if so!

It’s so therapeutic to unplug every once in a while and wholeheartedly focus on you internally and externally (even if not in the middle of nowhere like me).

Take even just 10 minutes for yourself TODAY to slow down, focus on your breathing, woosah, and simply just BE! Thank me later!

Comparison is the thief of joy and I’ve fallen short in this area. Looking at others wishing I had x,y,z to feel some sort of accomplishment or status totally disregarded all that I had/have and had/have accomplished.

Sure I’ll always want more as we are conditioned that life involves a constant level up, but Cole told me “U aint never gon’ be happy till u love yourz.”
