Have you ever been in a situation where you had a boss who was clearly intimidated by you? 😏

Well, I have! And that was one of the most interesting experiences of my career because I knew it and so did she. She tried to make my life at work hellish because of it (so much for women supporting women 😅).

The thing with intimidated bosses is that because you're not willing to act according to their terms, where they have you in their full control, conflicts can arise quickly and frequently. At this point, things can get very tricky.
