2. **Self-Care Sundays:**
Pick a day like Sunday for yourself. Read, relax, do yoga, or whatever makes you smile. It's your time!

Creativity isn't hard. Cook something new, write, or start a small project. It's fun and good for your brain.

4. **Look After Your Body:**
