Our Mini March Season for Cardio4Character wrapped up this evening! 🏃‍♂️🏃🏃‍♀️❤️♥️❤️♥️

Each child completed their goal which was different for each runner! 💪🏼🧠

I’m so proud of our kiddos , they faced challenges, conquered them, they zoomed past their comfort zones, they surprised themselves at what they could achieve with the right tools and strategies!
When we purchased this program, it looked good on paper. When using it in action, we can see that childrens mindsets and physical strength are getting sharper by the week!

We all had a blast and can’t wait for the next time!

Pretending to be dead bugs, having ice cream, water balloon challenges… the last day of summer camp was extra exciting and very busy!

Day 2 of our 5 day series!!!
We were lucky to get our warm-up & run outside today ! We expanded our wings are soared with new lessons on “Positive Thoughts & Posture”❤️ while painting wind chimes of our power words❤️

Final class for our Spring Season! Some of us crushed goals of 1, 2 or 3 miles! I love the strength, fierceness, determination and focus of these kiddos! They each earned their dog tag medals & even had a cookie celebration!
