What a great experience for the kiddos who signed up for our first self-defense class at Diamond Elite Gymnastics! They had a blast learning new skills, building confidence, and learning important ways to protect themselves!

A HUGE thank you to American Legacy Martial Arts for coming to DEG and sharing your knowledge with these kiddos! We appreciate you taking the time to teach such valuable life skills!

We had so much fun and look forward to doing it again!

Strong kids. Confident kids. Empowered kids! 💪

I had our optional girls (and Coach Jacque 🤣) tell each other what they admire about each other at the end of practice. Seeing their smiles when they heard positive affirmation made my heart happy. It’s so important to lift eachother up whether it’s inside the gym or outside the gym 🖤
