10 week challenge
The 10 week challenge is something I’ve made for me. It started off just a way to motivate me to get leaner and train harder in the gym and it worked now it’s your chance.
10 weeks to get:
- leaner
- Loose weight
- Eat better
- Train harder
How it works:
- To start off with you lower you processed sugar intake, you eat naturally grow and farm stuff so broccoli, carrots, fruit and other veg plus upping your lean protein so fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef. You also try to cut down on your bread intake and other bread like food e.g. bagels, donuts, muffins, etc
- Then you try and exercise for minimum 30 minute 6 days a week, the exercise can be anything from 30 minute walk or run to 30 minutes in the gym.
- You also can’t weigh you’re self for the whole of the 10 weeks, can’t step on them till the end of the 10 weeks.
And that’s it’s give it try.
