We are grateful for the many sponsors that support the Great Bridge Softball program. Today, our girls had the privilege of giving back to one of our very special sponsors, Best Day Foundation!

The Best Day Foundation is an incredible non-profit organization that provides an unforgettable, inclusive experience for kids of all abilities. The girls and their “beach buddies” enjoyed a day at the beach playing in the sand, boogie-boarding, and even surfing! It was truly without a doubt the BEST DAY! 💚🩵 Thank you, Best Day, for allowing our girls to be part of such a meaningful experience!

We are so excited to see two very special members of our Great Bridge softball family featured in the August issue of Great Bridge Living! 💚💛🥎

The article, “Meet the Clayton Family,” celebrates the family’s incredible impact on our community and we are especially proud to see Varsity Coach Kirk Clayton and Middle School Coach Sara Beth Poyner recognized as part of that legacy.

Their commitment to Great Bridge goes far beyond the softball field. They are helping shape not only great athletes, but also the next generation of Wildcats through their leadership, mentorship, and love for this community.

🌊 Great Bridge Softball Booster Club – Let's Make a Difference! 💙🥎
Great Bridge Softball families, we have an awesome opportunity to give back to one of our amazing sponsors while making a huge impact in the lives of local children!
Best Day Foundation provides FREE beach days for children with special needs (ages 4–24), pairing each participant one-on-one with trained volunteers for a day of surfing, bodyboarding, friendship, and unforgettable memories. It truly is a chance to create the Best Day Ever for these incredible kids and their families.
We're hoping to put together a Great Bridge Softball volunteer group for the Virginia Beach event on Saturday, August 15 .
🥎 Bonus: If we register 8 or more volunteers as a group, Best Day Foundation will make custom Great Bridge Softball volunteer hats just for us!
No experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm, a smile, and a willingness to help. This is a wonderful service opportunity for players, parents, siblings, and friends.
