The road to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina starts now!

Combat 14U Spates is heading to the Youth Softball Nationals, ready to compete against some of the top teams from around the country. This group has put in countless hours of work, battled through every challenge, and earned the opportunity to represent Combat Fastpitch on one of the biggest stages of the summer.

Combat Fastpitch Cherry Hill 16U is looking for dedicated athletes ready to compete, develop, and be part of something special for the 2026-2027 season.

🌟 Game 1 MVP: Kylee Furness 🌟

Even in a tough loss, Kylee showed exactly what a competitor looks like. She took on a strong Glendora lineup and battled through 4.2 innings in the circle, refusing to back down. At the plate, she reached base three times with two walks and scored 2 of Combat’s 7 runs. Kylee’s toughness, leadership, and determination never wavered, and she continued to fight for her team until the very last out.

🌟 Game 2 MVP: Madison Croge 🌟

Madison came through in the biggest moments of the day. She delivered the walk-off hit that secured Combat’s thrilling 5-4 victory over Moorestown and finished with 2 RBIs on the day. Her impact wasn’t limited to offense, as she also made several key defensive plays that helped keep the game within reach. When the pressure was highest, Madison stepped up and made the difference.

🌟 Game 3 MVP: Alaina Furness 🌟

Alaina was outstanding in the circle against Medford, throwing a complete game and allowing just 1 earned run while striking out 7. She controlled the pace of the game, worked through adversity, and gave Combat exactly what they needed to earn an 8-5 win. Her competitive fire and ability to attack hitters all game long helped lead the team to a big victory and earned her well-deserved MVP honors. 🥎🔥⚔️

2-1 on the day. Tough. Resilient. Competitive. 💪🥎

The girls battled all tournament long, finishing the day with two hard-fought wins and showing the heart that makes this team special. After a walk-off 5-4 victory and an 8-5 win, the team never stopped competing, supporting each other, and fighting until the final out.

We had big performances at the plate, strong pitching, aggressive baserunning, and countless moments where these girls refused to quit. The scoreboard doesn’t always tell the whole story—this group continues to grow, learn, and prove they can compete with anyone.

Proud of the effort, proud of the attitude, and excited for what’s ahead. Back at it again tomorrow!!⚔️🥎

🚨 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT Combat Fastpitch 🚨

As our organization continues to grow, we are excited to expand our coaching staff and continue building a competitive, development-focused culture for our athletes. We are currently looking for dedicated Assistant Coaches for our 10U and 16U teams who are passionate about teaching the game, developing players, and creating a positive environment both on and off the field.

With year-round training that includes winter workouts and outdoor practices throughout the fall and spring, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing program that is committed to player development, teamwork, and long-term success.
