Your athlete’s Throwing Power are based on trunk stability, flexibility & strength.
This includes the hips and their connection to the trunk during a throw.
Try these three exercises for increase rotational power that translates to throwing
1. Rotational Sn**ch to Press
This Sn**ch Complex Variation adds a stable & rotating press using the trunk to mimic to end of a throw with full hip to trunk connection!
2. OH Kneeling Hip Rotations
These hip flexor mobilizers help isolate the hips during rotation. When successfully isolated, the hips can be utilized more without resistance when throwing!
3. MB Sit-Up Throws
This Sit-Up Variation allows unrestricted use of the entire trunk to produce enough force to not only change your center of gravity but also release the resistance
