So I got a request to host a practice match before the KRG Windbreaker and it makes a lot of sense. So Saturday Sept 26th at 0800. My thinking is shoot the match, come back for some warm Mama J food and then if there is a stage you want to work on go back to the line and practice whatever you want. I will keep the range open until dark. As long as we get 25 shooters it will be a points match. Points will go into the 2027 season.

Hey guys we are 3 weeks away from the NW Regional Finale. If you want to shoot it please get registered so I can make sure that I have a shirt for you. This will be run just like a pro series match with 2 days of shooting, lunch Saturday, awards banquet on Sunday and of course the prize table. Top shooters will be squaded together.
If you don't want to shoot but would like to be a Range Officer I am going to take good care of you.

So I learned today that I have at least one shooter who has/had safety concerns at Farm Out Range. I will not say who it is as I have no intention in turning this into a bunch of drama or making a concerned shooter the bad guy. I have always tried to listen to you guys and give you what you want. In my efforts to mix up my COF so I can keep it interesting I have unfortunately created what at least one of you considers an unsafe condition. Please know that I am very concerned with safety and I do want to hear from anyone who sees something they are concerned about.
I know I have driven off onto the range without informing everyone and I have a cure for that already. Just shoot me, you know, like a fast mover. No not really. I will be putting a radio at every stage that will stay at the stage. With this you will also be able to contact me when you have a question or issue during a match.
I do need input on what you guys feel safe with as far as shooting angles. I know I had the Might Mazda going too far left and that will not happen again. It needs to be moved out some as well, I think, if I remember right.
What else though, please let me know by comment or PM

This upcoming Saturday, July 4th we will be celebrating with a benefit match for the American Freedom Fund. All of the gate goes directly to AFF, I pay for the food, PRS fees and trophies and Kyle Cordill, our land owner, waives what I normally pay him. This is a good cause and we both believe it to be well worth it.
This will be a regular PRS Regional points match just with all the match fees going to a good cause and OH YEAH, there will be a small prize table that the AFF has solicited from great sponsors.
They are forecasting 10-15 mph winds but that is just a normal day at Farm Out so I hope you can come and support American Freedom Fund.

We have kind of lost our photographer. This is Erin and I on our way to Southern Illinois. 36 hours driving the largest Uhaul they make towing a car trailer with car on it,3 dogs in the cab of the truck and 4 cats in the car. Thankfully I have DOG as my co-pilot.
I will have to fly her back for pictures, well and because I love the brat.

If you are interested in shooting the Regional Finale the time to register is now.
If you were registered you should have an email from me. This will be run just like a Pro Series match, food, trophies, ROs, match shirts and a prize table.
You do not need to qualify to shoot this, I will take you all.
