A big goal of our league is to minimize the cost for kids to participate. We have been fortunate to accomplish this so far thanks to the generous support of local businesses and individuals in our community. Moving forward, we hope to become less dependent on sponsorships while continuing to keep participation free for our kids.
Because we do not charge kids to participate, our league’s primary sources of revenue are gate entry fees and concession stand sales. The proceeds from these sales help cover league fees, pay officials, purchase additional equipment, and maintain the equipment we already have.
This year, participation has increased, and we are already in the process of purchasing additional equipment to make sure we can properly outfit all of our participants.
As discussed in previous meetings, the league will be managing the concession stand this year, and we will need everyone’s help with both stocking and working the stand.
To help us get the concession stand stocked, we are asking each participant/family to make a $10–$15 donation. Our goal is that, once the initial inventory is purchased, the majority of our concession sales will go directly back to the league to help fund the expenses listed above.
If you are able to contribute, please give your donation to your child’s coach. The money will then be deposited into the league account.
We will have 4 home game weekends, with 4 games each weekend, and we will need volunteers to help operate the concession stand.
Please complete the Google Form below and indicate which games you would be willing to help with. Once we have collected everyone’s availability, we will put together a volunteer schedule and distribute it to the families.
We are expecting 90+ kids from Pre-K through 6th grade to participate in football and cheerleading each week this season. We are beyond excited to see this program continue to grow, and we are incredibly grateful for the families, coaches, volunteers, businesses, and individuals who make it possible.
With everyone’s support, we look forward to keeping this program affordable and providing an opportunity for our kids to participate for many years to come!
