Struggling with wrist pain during yoga? These simple pose modifications can reduce pressure on the joints while helping you continue your practice safely. 🧘‍♀️✨

🔹 Use a Prop
Placing a folded mat or yoga block under the palms reduces wrist extension and distributes weight more evenly, making poses more comfortable for sensitive joints.

🔹 Come Off the Wrists
Using fingertips or fists instead of flat palms decreases direct compression on the wrists and improves hand alignment during weight-bearing poses.

🔹 Take it to the Forearms
Forearm variations remove pressure from the wrists completely while still strengthening the shoulders, arms, and core.

🔹 Prop the Forearms
Supporting the forearms with yoga blocks helps maintain stability and comfort, especially for people with arthritis, stiffness, or reduced mobility.

Listen to your body, modify when needed, and keep moving with awareness. 💙
