We are proud to announce Emma Bethel as our new Player Development Instructor for Wow Factor Nation Tennessee.

Emma is former Division I pitcher at Eastern Kentucky University who brings elite-level experience, a passion for the game, and a commitment to helping athletes maximize their potential.

At Wow Factor, player development is more than just extra reps it's about creating confident, fundamentally sound athletes who are prepared to compete at the highest level. As our Player Development Instructor, Emma will work with players on pitching, hitting, fielding, softball IQ, and the mental approach to the game while providing mentorship that extends beyond the field.

Her knowledge and experience competing at the Division I level will give our athletes an incredible opportunity to learn what it takes to reach the next level.

Welcome to the Wow Factor family, Emma! We can't wait to see the impact you'll make on these athletes and our program as we continue raising the standard for player development.
