Every one of those 100 classes represents commitment, consistency, and choosing to show up—even on the hard days. We’re so proud of each of you! 🤝

🥲May also brought a bittersweet moment as we said goodbye to Coach Zach. From Day 1, Zach has been a huge part of our F45 family, bringing encouragement and high-fives to every class. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited for him as he begins his next adventure and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next. ❤️

As a teacher, a mom of three, and someone who is closing in on 100 classes, Cristin shows up with a lot on her plate — and still continues to challenge herself every time she walks through the doors.

One of the best parts of coaching her is never quite knowing what challenge she’ll take on next — and watching her rise to it every time.

We’re proud of the work she’s put in, the example she sets, and the momentum she’s building as she gets closer to that 100-class milestone!! 👏

Big cheers for Myrandia and Madison — two folks who make every class better 👯‍♀️

🌟 Madison keeps us laughing from warm-up to cooldown. Busy mom, always working hard, and even though HYROX gets plenty of side-eye, she still shows up and gets it done every time 🤝

✨Myrandia is the queen of form, always leveling up, and somehow makes push-ups look like an art form. Strong, steady, and impossible to miss once that contagious laugh kicks in 🤪

100 classes is no small thing — it’s early alarms, consistency, grit, and a whole lot of hard work.
