Starbase is looking for police officers ready to protect a community focused on building the future.

Glenn Bennett, Director of Public Safety, shared a new recruitment message alongside a look at the town’s new Police Cybertrucks. He described Starbase as a place where rockets are manufactured, tested, and launched with increasing frequency.

The department is seeking officers who take pride in their work, treat people with respect, are willing to innovate and test new processes, and want to be part of something beyond a typical municipal police department.

Bennett said the mission is about keeping the people making history safe so they can continue their work. Annual salary starts at $90,000, with a $5,000 relocation reimbursement.

Don’t know all the details on this from Simi Valley but no officers hurt, one motorcycle destroyed and lots of chaos starting w a Police motorcycle pursuit of a dom abuse sus. From the body cam footage from the motor, I see one thing that we teach constantly. Get off the X. That motorcycle is not cover - when stationary it becomes the X. If the motor officer was using it as cover like how we taught decades ago, he’d no longer be with us. Glad you guys are all ok! Ride Safe and Train Often!
