A few years back, Kelly came to me with one goal… to step on stage at the Chattanooga fit expo in 2022. She struggled with digestive issues, bloating, and inflammation, but once we figured out which foods were causing the problem, her body finally started responding.

After 12 weeks of prep, the weight started coming off, her physique transformed, and she achieved her goal of stepping on stage with confidence. I am forever proud of Kelly and all the hard work she put into accomplishing her goal.

🚨Client spotlight🚨

New client Sabrina has a background in running and doing marathons, so we didn’t have much weight to lose since she was already on the leaner side. However, with her nutrition, she needed more calories, and we have been able to increase her food intake while still getting leaner.

This will be a shorter prep for her, but progress is already being made. She is gaining muscle mass, eating more while getting leaner, and is in the perfect spot now to be stage-ready in 6 weeks. This will be her first show, she is also a natural athlete as well. She is in the home stretch and will be finishing strong💪🏾

I rarely post pictures of myself on here, as this page is meant to showcase my clients transformations and upcoming shows. But every blue moon, I’ll post an update. A lot of people have asked if I’m competing, and the answer is yes. I haven’t stepped on stage since 2023,I took time away to refine my physique and my business. I’m currently 12 weeks out from the Atlanta Pro.

I’m looking forward to bringing a bigger, more refined package to the stage. I will also be self coached this prep, as I have full confidence in myself and my body to bring the look I’ve envisioned in my mind. This competition season is going to be fun. I’ll be in the fire alongside my clients competing as well, and I couldn’t be more motivated.

Time to lock in and bring my best package yet.

Excited for posing client Phillip, who is 3 weeks out, and his posing just keeps improving! One thing I can guarantee is that anyone who poses with me won’t be out-posed on stage. That’s one of the biggest factors we can control, and Phillip continues to put in the work every single week. Excited to see him bring it all together on show day.

Working on some classic posing with my client Phillip here. If you look on the right, his lat is slightly hidden, and he was having trouble engaging it in this photo. With a few tweaks, I was able to bring his lat out, and as you can see on the left, he looks noticeably bigger as well. This just goes to show that if you’re posing incorrectly, it can affect how you look on stage it’s all about how you present your physique.
