If you're looking for a complete sports performance program this summer—one that develops multidirectional speed, strength, power, and plyometrics—our new membership bundle is exactly what you need.
Most programs offer just 2–3 sessions per week, each about an hour long. But serious athletes know that 3 hours a week isn't enough. No matter how well you design it, something will fall short. If you prioritize strength, speed takes a back seat. Focus on speed and plyometrics? Then your strength work suffers.

As a father of three, I understand how difficult it can be to commit to 5–6 one-hour sessions per week financially. That’s why this new monthly membership is a game-changer. It bundles all the training you need into an affordable, efficient format—without compromising quality or results.
💪 This Isn’t a Cookie-Cutter Class
This is a structured, progressive program built on clear objectives and thoughtful planning. Each athlete is assigned a training level based on experience and readiness, and attends sessions designed specifically for that level.
Every workout builds on the previous one, creating a cumulative training effect that helps you consistently improve your performance. Whether you're just starting out or pushing for elite results, the program adapts to meet you where you are—and take you where you want to go.

Level 1 – Foundation
✅ For athletes new to sports performance training
✅ Includes:
• 2 Strength Sessions/Week
• 2 Speed Sessions/Week
• 1 Free Energy System Development (ESD) Session/Week
📌 Focus: Learn the fundamentals of multidirectional speed, strength, and plyometric training while building the foundational fitness required for more advanced training.
💰 Cost: $480/month
📅 ~20 sessions/month
💡 Equivalent to $24/session (normally $32/session = $640 total)
Level 2 – Advanced
✅ For athletes with a strong training background (either with me or proven elsewhere)
✅ Includes:
• 3–4 Strength Sessions/Week
• 2 Speed Sessions/Week
• 1 Free ESD Session/Week
📌 Focus: Apply previously learned skills at a higher intensity to accelerate performance development.
💰 Cost: $624/month
📅 ~28 sessions/month
💡 Equivalent to $22/session (normally $34/session = $960 total)

🚫 This is not a "drop-in" program or “train-when-you-feel-like-it” deal.
To remain in the membership, you’ll need to attend the majority of your sessions each month. I’ve drastically reduced the cost to give committed athletes the volume, flexibility, and structure they need to train the right way.
In the past, many of my most dedicated athletes would stay late just to finish their workouts. While not ideal, their work ethic was never the issue—access was. This new membership model spreads your training out, targets specific goals, reduces session length, and adds flexibility to your schedule without sacrificing quality.
If you’re only able to train occasionally or have very specific needs, 1-on-1 or small group training is still available.
