It’s been awhile since I said, “Hello!” 👋

I’m Casey, the owner and instructor of The Movement Barn. I’m a Licensed GYROTONIC®️Instructor, a retired professional dancer, and occasionally a choreographer 💃.
•
I started taking Gyrotonic lessons in 2008 and completed my certification in 2012. I opened the Barn upon my “retirement” from the stage in 2018. I work with a variety of clients, currently ranging in age from 16 to 73 with interests that include squash, ballet, riding, and more.
•
I got married this summer (photo is from our honeymoon in Morocco) and I now have 2 fur babies 🐾. I also have 3 nieces and a nephew.
