Do you ever feel directionless or unsupported as a trainer?
If you’re anything like me, I’m guessing you want to be a confident and well put together trainer who helps your clients succeed.
The problem is you feel poorly prepared to do that, which constantly has you thinking you don’t know enough or aren’t good enough to coach others, leaving you feeling MASSIVE self doubt.
I understand the stress you feel – I personally dealt with these same struggles early in my fitness coaching career.
After deciding that physical therapy school wasn’t for me, I went full-time with personal training. After a decade of coaching on the gym floor, I noticed that the trainers coming in who were 10 years younger were no better prepared to do the job than I was when at their level.
That inspired me to transition to teaching other trainers the skills and knowledge needed to be successful coaches.
So if you’re an early career trainer reading this, welcome to my slice of the internet –I’ve created just for you!
I’m all about community and connection here (you’ll learn more values in the next post) so don’t be shy to comment saying “hola” below, or shoot me a DM.
