Stacks on stacks! Just got in a new round of outlaw laboratory supplements, and a new clean baseball tee. All I can say is, I haven’t felt better, been able to push through plateaus, set new one rep maxes, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Here’s to continuing to grind and build a better me! 🏋️‍♀️

A session from the other night after 40 minutes of heavy weightlifting. People think you need to spend a lot of time on your cardio but really you need to only do about 20 to 30 minutes post workout. As far is burning fat easily and effectively I recommend to either use the HITT method of cardio,utilizing Hi intensity interval’s of running or cycling, going at a medium pace for two minutes and then edit high pace for one minute then dropping back down to medium pace for two minutes alternating as long as you can. Another system I use is LISS Cardio, going at a low intensity steady state for a prolonged time. Usually 20 to 40 minutes. This method is one of the best and easiest way to burn body fat, so when you say you don’t have time to go to the gym you can easily work in 20 to 40 minutes at some point during the day and still see results.

With these three ingredients you can easily make one large pot to feed yourself throughout the week. A great source of protein with the quinoa and the beef is a fairly inexpensive cut that can be packed full of protein also. Adding in the salad mix gives you some more fibrous vegetables to help your body burn off extra energy through digestion. I usually eat on this for about 2 to 3 days (larger portions) as a better alternative to going out to eat and wasting my macros for the day.

These pancakes are a simple way to get your protein in the morning.They are easy to make an only require a cup of milk and one egg,they freeze very well and reheat easily in the microwave without having to give up your carbs for the day. I usually make these 1 to 2 times a week first thing in the morning while I’m brewing a cup of coffee I like to add cinnamon and a little bit of vanilla to give the batter more flavor.This baking mix also can be used to make pizza and bread so it’s a good way to incorporate more protein into your diet each day to help you get your protein intake for the day to build that lean muscle you’re looking for.
