Venturini Motorsports

Venturini Motorsports Venturini Motorsports VMS is committed to the ARCA Racing Series. We pride ourselves on developing successful long-term relationships.

Venturini Motorsports (VMS) remains true to it’s humble beginnings by continuing to field entries in the feeder series of ARCA and cultivating tomorrow’s drivers, mechanics, crew chiefs, and pit crew members. Considered one of the cornerstone teams in the series, VMS has called ARCA home for the last 30-years. The company has had great success developing drivers and other team members to participa

te in premier levels of NASCAR competition. Such notable drivers include: Joey Logano, Justin Allgaier, Brian Scott, Max Gresham, Ryan Blaney, John Wes Townley, Kevin Swindell, and Erik Jones. We work with our drivers in several areas – on track coaching, media training, sponsor relations and core fitness levels. We use different technology assets such as dartfish and race film study to enhance the driver’s on track performance. We believe that to achieve success in higher levels of racing, drivers must enter the scene as prepared as possible, as well rounded as possible, mentally and physically driven to have a leg up on their competition. As we look at the potential of each developing driver we assess strengths and weaknesses and work on bringing all aspects of the person into their prime. Once achieved, we focus our efforts on the brand building of those drivers through marketing, public relations, and the online world. When working with Venturini Motorsports, drivers can be assured that they will move on prepared, focused and successful. Venturini Motorsports takes pride in attracting and developing world class race car drivers with real potential of becoming tomorrow’s future NASCAR stars! -

NEWS - “End of an Era”, Venturini Motorsports Bids Farewell After 43 Years in ARCA Competition

A Family Legacy Built on Passion, Perseverance, and One Man’s Vision Comes to a Triumphant Close

CONCORD, N.C. (October 7, 2025) – After 43 unforgettable years in the ARCA Menards Series, Venturini Motorsports will take the green flag one final time in the Star Nursery 150 at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Friday, October 10—marking the end of an era for one of racing’s most iconic families.

Founded in 1982 by Bill and Cathy Venturini, the team began humbly in the family’s hometown of Chicago. What started as a husband and wife chasing a dream soon became a generational legacy. Bill, a two-time ARCA Menards Series champion, was both driver and team owner—building something lasting from grit, loyalty, and love of the sport. The early days were defined by innovation and inclusion—most famously with the introduction of The Ultra Blue Crew, the first all-female pit crew in motorsports history.

But it was Bill and Cathy’s son, Billy Venturini, who would take that foundation and turn it into a dynasty. When Billy assumed leadership of the team in 2008, he carried forward his parents’ passion while forging his own vision for the future. Once a driver himself, Billy understood the challenges young racers faced—and he was determined to build something that would give them a real chance.

Under his guidance, Venturini Motorsports evolved from a family race team into one of the most respected and influential driver development programs in NASCAR. The team became a launchpad for the sport’s brightest stars—drivers like Joey Logano, Christopher Bell, William Byron, Alex Bowman, Corey Heim, and Jesse Love all began their rise through the Venturini ranks.

Through long nights in the shop and countless races across America, Billy turned his family name into a symbol of opportunity and excellence. The Venturini hauler became more than a transporter—it became a classroom, a family gathering place, and a launching pad for dreams.

“My parents taught me what hard work and dedication truly meant—by living it every day. I’m forever grateful for the example they set and the values they instilled in me," stated Billy Venturini.

"My dream of becoming a race car driver may have faded, but it was never forgotten. When I found myself in a position to help young drivers chase their own dreams, I poured everything I had—both the lessons from my failures and the hopes I once carried—into building the most complete, meaningful driver development program I could.

That vision came to life because of incredible people: my family, our partners at Toyota, and a few special crew chiefs who helped turn effort into performance. But above all, my greatest teammate has been my wife—the one behind the scenes who allowed me to focus on what I loved and shine because she quietly carried so much herself.

To everyone who helped make this journey possible—not just for me, but for every driver who came through our doors—thank you. You helped turn a family dream into something far greater than we ever imagined. Fly the V forever.”

Friday’s race will be a celebration of that legacy, with Jade Avedisian (No. 20 Mobil 1 Toyota), Taylor Reimer (No. 25 BuzzBallz Toyota), and Thomas Annunziata (No. 15 Venturini Motorsports Toyota) representing the final chapter of a family story written over four decades.

The race will be streamed live on FloRacing.com and aired on radio at ARCARacing.com starting at 7 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. ET.

Following the race, the team will officially transition to Nitro Motorsports, led by Nick Tucker, on October 16, 2025. The change marks not just the end of Venturini Motorsports, but the beginning of a new era inspired by its enduring impact.

From Chicago roots to championship banners, from first laps to final checkered flags, the Venturini name has come to embody everything that makes motorsports special—family, resilience, and the courage to dream. As the final race approaches, one thing remains certain: the legacy of Venturini Motorsports will echo far beyond the track.
