Multi Team Organizations:
Teams may NOT be late for games due to supporting an watching other organization teams.
Each team is treated as 1 team. We have 6-7 organizations with multiple teams we can NOT guarantee all teams will play on the same field or during the same time of day i.e all teams in the morning.
ALL CHAMPIONSHIP & SUNDAY GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT 1 FIELD.

We don't claim to be the best tournament. We try our best to accomodate an please all the teams that come to Charlotte an play with us. Controlling adults is a very hard task when you have coaches, parents, supporters, and staff all needing your attention. We try our best to give everyone 2 or more games. Please know that we CAN NOT control adult actions. Should a team decide to forfeit an leave the tournament it is not grounds for a refund from the tournament. We will try to get another team to play if 2 game minimum has not been meet. This means the game will be scheduled for a later time. Both teams must agree to said time.
Any team LATE MORE THAN 10 MINS FOR A GAME WILL FORFEIT AND REF COST WILL BE PAID BY LATE TEAM.
