We’re excited to be partnering with Y6 Yoga for the Craft Beer Half Marathon! 🧘‍♀️🍻

I recently took one of their RESTORE classes, and wow… my body needed it after some tough training runs leading up to the Craft Beer Half. The class focuses on floor postures, deep stretching, and releasing those key core muscle groups that get tight from running. By the end, my legs and hips felt completely reset — no soreness, no tightness.

If you’re looking to add recovery into your training routine or just want to enjoy a great guided yoga class, definitely check out Y6 Yoga in Ballantyne. They offer a wide variety of classes for every level.
