Slow vs. fast twitch muscles truly does make a difference! I have been inspiring clients for years to listen to their bodies explaining this...don't set yourself up to fail. We are not all created to be long distance runners & that is OK! I personally have fast-twitch and LOVE my 2 to 4 mile runs!
