Ok... If you workout at all, if you have back pain, foot pain, knee pain, hip pain... If you just workout... If you wear sneakers at all and ever have tired feet...

PLEASE! Invest in your sneakers. Go to see Cody Angel at TriSports in South Park. He is fantastic. He will do an extensive foot analysis and get you sneakers that will change your life. He is awesome.

Do yourself a favor.

150 - 20 minute Calorie Burn Exercise challenge of the day (indoors because it's raining here!):
Jump Squats: 30 seconds x 4
Push Ups: 1 min x 4
Jump Lunges: 30 seconds x 4
Stair Sprints: 2 min up and down ( sprint up, skipping a step, slowly on backwards down) x 4.
*if its not raining near you, find a hill, sprint up the hill and do lunges down!*

Do this in a circuit, repeat 4x's.

Post when you finish!
