Invest 1% of your life to improve 99% 🤷🏽‍♀️

For my new followers who haven’t heard her story, she didn’t lose any fat for the first 90 days of my program, but on day 91 it was like clockwork, every week we were getting scale wins, losing body fat and sustaining muscle mass

One of the first things I did was fix her metabolism to make the fat loss phase easier. I have her macros, training program and I’ve used it and others successes to create the path to make fat loss a lot easier

One day someone was like hey Em, how do you create success for you clients and I was like uhhhhh 🥴 I don’t ever want to not know the answer to that again

Now,

🚨🚨 Superset Tuesday! (All recorded pre quarantine) Here’s a pair of exercises that I include in my fat loss programs, online training is now live DM for inquires or to schedule a free strategy session! .
A1. Seated Shoulder Press 3 x 10
A2. Renegade Row 3 x 8-10 each way
How to Read: Perform 10 reps of shoulder press and then 8 reps (each side) of renegade row, then rest 45-60 seconds, then repeat two more times for a total of three sets. Try your best to stick to the recommended rest periods
