For my new followers who haven’t heard her story, she didn’t lose any fat for the first 90 days of my program, but on day 91 it was like clockwork, every week we were getting scale wins, losing body fat and sustaining muscle mass
One of the first things I did was fix her metabolism to make the fat loss phase easier. I have her macros, training program and I’ve used it and others successes to create the path to make fat loss a lot easier
