Queen City 7's The Queen City 7's is Charlotte's annual premier sevens rugby event, catering for all teams and ages (youth through adult).

What’s Included in The Fee:
• Four (4) games guaranteed
• Queen City 7’s Championship Cup to winning team in each division
• Cash prize-money award to winning team in each men's, women's and U19 division
Who can Compete:
• Any CIPP registered USA Rugby member may compete in the Queen City 7’s competition. Team Requirements:
• This will be a USA Rugby sanctioned event - meeting all USA Rugby Event Sanctioning Requirements
• All players, coaches, administrators and referees must be USA Rugby members and teams must provide their membership CIPP number when registering online and on-site
• Minors under the age 18 require a qualified parent or legal guardian to complete participant waiver forms

Queen City 7’s Rugby Tournament

Event Divisions:
• Men’s Club Division – 8-10 teams
o Teams do not need to be CIPP’ed with USA Rugby
• Men’s Collegiate Division – 8-10 teams
o Teams do not need to be CIPP’ed with USA Rugby
• Men’s Social Division – 8-10 teams
o Teams do not need to be CIPP’ed with USA Rugby
• Women’s Open Division – 8-10 teams
o Includes women’s college, social and club teams
o Teams do not need to be CIPP’ed with USA Rugby
• Boy’s High School/Club Division (U19) – 8-10 teams
o Teams do not need to be CIPP’ed with USA Rugby

Competition Note:
• A minimum of four teams is necessary to form a division.
• A competition team may only enter ONE division
• Players may only register and play for ONE team
• U-19: Player is eligible if they have not reached their 19th birthday as of August 31,

Awards:
• The winning team of each division will receive a Queen City 7’s Championship Plaque.
• Runners-up of each division will receive an Old Toe sponsored customized rugby ball.
