Hello Families,

Don’t forget we have our Parents Night out next Friday the 20th. It will be from 5pm to 9pm we will be learning some cool tricks with our nunchucks plus we will be playing games and we will watch a movie have pizza popcorn and drinks. Cost is $40 and if you bring a friend it is half price for you and your friend. Please sign up with Mrs. Kellogg so we know about how many kids to expect.

Also we have our Inter school tournament coming up on March 28th. It will be at North Side Baptist church gym cost is $25 that is for forms, sparring, and combat sparring. It will be an additional $10 for another event. We hope to see all of our students there.

Also we will be having a spring break camp 4/13 to 4/17 cost is 175 for the whole week or 40 dollars a day. Please sign up with Mrs. Kellogg ahead of time we need to have at least 5 kids signed up for the camp in order to run it. So if you are interested please sign up ahead of time. Practicing martial Arts is a great way to shed those extra pounds. Making to practice can be difficult when your life is busy. Juggling family and work along with martial arts can be difficult. But for those who make the time for practice and show up to train regularly will see great results! Determination and hard work is the key to success. Do you have the determination and drive to stick with your martial arts program? How long have you been training, so far?
