Piedmont APA would like to give a huge shout-out to teams 8's-E-NUF, Lets Go Brandon, Off The Rails, and Poke & Hope for their participation in the 2026 8-Ball Carolina Classic Tournament this past weekend. These teams earned their spot by finishing as runners-up in the 2025/2026 World Qualifier and represented Piedmont APA with class.

Additionally, we would like to extend our warmest congratulations to 8's-E-NUF for finishing 4th place! Way to battle it out and bring home some prize money!!

As our second qualifier tournament for the Shoot for a Cure tournament benefitting St. Jude Research Hospital comes to a close, we would like to congratulate our champions, Steve Steinbruegge and Adam Kamal, aka A&S Skillz!
The room was filled with strong competition and exceptional sportsmanship today as 19 teams competed for their chance to compete at the Shoot for a Cure tournament in December. We would like to extend our gratitude to Railbirds for hosting us, and to our Division Reps and volunteers that came together to make this event a success.
If you missed out on the past couple of tournaments, or are looking for a second chance to qualify, we have TWO more opportunities to qualify:
🎱 Saturday, October 24 @ 2pm at Fast Action in Statesville, NC.
🎱 Saturday, November 14 @ Noon at Keep It Simple in N. Wilkesboro, NC

Piedmont APA had the privilege of hosting Fall Singles Regionals this weekend, witnessing great competition and exceptional sportsmanship as players competed for their chance to compete at the highest level in our APA Poolplayers Championship in Las Vegas.
