a trainer for a little over 10 years and has dedicated his whole life to fitness/wellness. Since he was a child he has played football, ran track, wrestled, and still currently competes in the Physique Division as a competitive bodybuilder. Aaron enjoys translating his past/current experiences and knowledge to others with a passionate desire to teach. He has worked in numerous different gyms, physical therapy clinics, and sports centers to create a diverse range of expertise to educate others.
