Meet up 8am CB State Park Sat. Lets get some miles in and enjoy nature & this cooler weather. Keep building a base thru consistent aerobic runs, which will prepare you for harder workouts to come. USATF JO XC Nationals are a little over 3 months- Giddy up!

What a great start to the XC season! As a coach it thrills and excites me to see so many smiling faces out running & working hard. We'll be at the CB State Park Sat 8am running the trails- let's keep building that base & developing our aerobic engines. Have a safe & happy Labor Day weekend all, happy running!

Who's ready for some XC?!?! Today we saw the 1st HS meet of the year-next week the Flyer's XC season starts. Come out Sat 8am CB State Park & get a little trail runnin' in w/some of your future teammates. Get on the road to Tallahasee-with hard work& dedication anyone can reach their running goals. Giddy up!

Fun time last night watching the local HS XC teams scrimmage. We'll be out at CB State Park 8am tmrw running the trails, getting ready for our own XC season. Consistent running and training are keys to achieving success. Deposit some miles in the bank-they'll pay dividends come November!

The Road to Tallahassee starts in August. Come out Sat 8am CB State Park for some trail miles-meet at trail heads past marina. Less than 3weeks til official start of XC season, giddy up!

Who's ready for Cross Country? We'll be meeting Sat 8am Carolina Beach State Park (trail heads past marina) for our 1st pre-season run. Start training to qualify for the USATF XC JO Nationals December in Tallahassee, or come out just to get some miles in on the beautiful trails.
