The mission of Team NC softball is to provide our student athletes with the opportunity to grow and develop as softball players so that they may achieve the goal of continuing their softball careers at the collegiate level. We will strive to be the premiere travel fastpitch organization in North Carolina, to be rated as a Top 10 program in the Southeast, and to achieve Top 50 ranking on the nation
al level. We challenge our coaches to continue to develop and refine their coaching skills, and to work with every team in our organization for the betterment of each team and every player. We challenge our players to be well-rounded young ladies, who excel in all areas of their lives, including family, faith, community, education and athletics. Each teams’ goals will be to:
Increase every players’ skills and knowledge of the game
Play the most competitive tournaments both regionally and nationally
Qualify for National Championship tournaments (i.e. ASA, PGF)
Rank in the Top 5 in their age group every year
Respect teammates, coaches, game officials and the game at all times
