There’s something really special about watching someone walk into their very first Pilates class with excitement instead of fear 💛

When I first heard Karen was brand new to Pilates and had been through multiple surgeries, I’ll admit I felt a little apprehensive — not because of her, but because I wanted to make sure I could give her the support and guidance she needed in an all-levels class setting.

But the second I met her, everything shifted. Her positivity, openness, trust, and willingness to learn completely lit up the room.

She showed up excited, listened to every cue, embraced modifications, asked questions about nutrition, and truly leaned into the experience from the very beginning. Clients like Karen are exactly why I love what I do.

One of my favorite parts of being at Core Innov8tions is getting to support clients beyond the workout itself 🤍
